GD8 Telefèric de Montjuïc

The Montjuïc is located in the southern part of Barcelona, above the industrial port and at an altitude of 173 meters counts as one of the city's tourism highlights. The ropeway is open throughout the year and brings visitors from all over the world to the castle called “Castell de Montjuïc” on the mountain. The new gondola lift is connected via the famous inclined funicular, which was completely renovated by LEITNER ropeways for the 1992 Olympic Games, to the Barcelona metro and brings visitors up the mountain in 3.5 minutes.
