After years of extensive testing, we are proud to present our new lubricant LP Longlife for use in roller batteries. We have developed this product together with our partner and renowned manufacturer Klüber Lubrications in Munich. The tests were carried out in the ski resort of San Martino di Castrozza in the Italian region of Trentino, and the results in terms of consumption, maintenance and environmental friendliness are impressive and speak for themselves.
Advantages of the new LP Longlife lubricant
- Reduced consumption: LP Longlife allows a significant reduction in the amount of lubricant required.
- Longer maintenance intervals: Lubrication intervals for roller batteries have been tripled from once a year or 2,000 hours to three years or 6,000 hours.
- Cost savings: Reduced lubricant consumption and extended maintenance intervals result in significant savings in operating costs.
- Increased availability: Reduced corrosion and wear contribute to increased ropeway component availability.

After more than three years and 6,000 hours of operation, the evaluation of the LP Longlife tests at the San Martino di Castrozza ski resort is convincing, with impressive increases in efficiency. Future operators will benefit not only from reduced costs, but also from increased safety for personnel due to a reduction in the number of operations required at height.

The fat-based lubricant has already aroused great interest during product presentations. It meets the need for maximum performance and greater environmental friendliness, while at the same time reducing labour and resource consumption.
